Bread was Not fresh and hard. The person making the sandwich should've seen this. It's truly unacceptable!

The bread was so stale and tasted awful! The worst part is i have had amazing sandwiches from this store and this one was terrible!

The spicy Italian was missing the spicy giardiniera which is the main reason we ordered the Spicy Italian. Overall the sandwiches were fresh and well packaged, but we certainly didnt get what we paid for.
