The bouquet did not look like the picture or similar. The flowers came in that clear plastic you would normally just pick up any bouquet of flowers from at any store. They were not arranged into a more personalized bouqet so the price is ridiculous for the quality. They were a gift so the recpient did as best as she could to make them look like an arrangement after they were delivered. I wish the delivery driver would've taken a picture. He did upon pick up and I saw a preview on the DoorDash app but it is now gone.

Ordered a day before but the product received was no where near the description. They contacted me an hour before delivery time, informed me about subsitute on anoher product but didn mention anything about the flower. Very disappointed.
