Everything was so good. the Blue Cheese Burger was huge and cooked to perfection. loved the broccoli salad.. The Big Tex Burger was massive and cooked to perfection. ThePatty Melt was delicious loved the potato soup but was more like mashed potatoes loaded.. The Pecan Fried Pie was amazing.We will Def order again

Blossom is the greatest restaurant in Rome, GA, possibly in the world. Best burger I have ever tasted, the ingredients are always so fresh and of the highest quality. Portion is always sizable. 11/10 would order again and again and again. I eat here once a week on average!

Would add photos but it's always to good so it don't last long enough for a picture. Not to much not to little either perfect consistency portion wise. Love the brisket sandwich. Absolutely LOVE the fried pickles. Just kinda wish the ranch (which is AMAZING taste wise ) was a bit less thick.

BBQ Nachos where very good! I'll add though that getting a small dolup of both Sour cream and gauc after paying close to 17 dollars for nachos. bothered me. Yes they where very good, however If the toppings are that small. then I'm unsure if it's worth it. Now the Pumpkin Fried Pie was awesome and on par with price

Can't get over how amazing the Nashville hot chicken is. It's very spicy as it should be and fried to perfection. The Brisket was cooked to perfection which paired excellent with the NC vinegar sauce. Best restaurant in Rome.
