The coffee was good but they didn't add the cold foam which was an add on that I selected for an additional cost. It was pretty disappointing.

I switched coffee shops to Blue Bottle about six months ago and the flavor is awesome. Maybe the best but they seem to always be out of the coffee I drink and often out of the cold foam. It's the only coffee shop. I know that I frequently visit that runs out of the materials needed to make my drink and becomes a huge inconvenience because they don't have a phone number and I can't call ahead to make sure if they have what they need to make my coffee again great coffee just wish they didn't run out of everything all the time.
