So I typically dont complain about orders being wrong I get that it happens but when it's more than once its an issue. I paid $20 just for this meal an thats extra with the onion rings. I barely got any onion rings along with them being burnt, and the gravy I got with it was barly enough for half sandwhich. Also if you have kids you know they are picky, mine happens to love bacon an was given sausage.

The the veggies were raw and uncooked! I'm not one to complain but when you spend 31 dollars on food it definitely should be cooked right! And also didn't provide any butter, jam or syrup. Which it doesn't give you the option to add. The bob evans in hermitage automatically provides that.

Im usually never one to complain.. but the amount of money I paid for this literal mess is unreal. My bacon was burnt, the bananas were turning bad, and my sons meal (the Kids Chocolate Strawberry Pancakes) were a total mess (he took one bite as you can see in the picture) and wouldn't even touch it after that. Feels like the quality of food has really declined at this location, because unfortunately this is how my last few orders have been from here.

I ordered Little Piggy Pancakes formy son and they were so adrable andreally big in size. he loved them!I also orderedhe The Big Wrangler Breakfast and it was phenomenal! they food was still hot andwas overall perfect!

I'm not impressed at all. portion of turkey was so small, you get more than in those cheap frozen turkey dinners. The meal was cold. MGR of store blamed it on driver. She was very rude. The girl who answered the phone said that it might have sat on the counter a bit before they got it all packed up. Driver only took a couple of minutes to get it here. Driver picked it up and brought it directly here.
Normally, Bob Evans food is of quality. They must have different management now, or their standards have gone downhill.
