This is the last time we order from this location. The last time we had an issue, I was told new management would send a gift card and please give them another try. This time I was told the same story. It has been a year. Never got the gift card either. They said, "we sent it!"
All food was poorly prepared and horribly small portions. Bread was smashed, butter melted, but food ice cold. No broth in the soup, just noodles, pot roast was a bunch of shredded meat. Not 1 real piece of meat. Turkey was not enough to feed a child. Half of a piece also so thin it was shredded. Horrible dinner. Never again. I will be initiating a refund. $40 and I feel nauseous.

the soup was great, as always. the chicken and nooldlesChicken-N-Noodles Deep Dish Dinner™ , which i haven't had in a long time. was super tasty, but unfortunately only had 3, 1 inch square pieces of chicken in it. disappointed 😞.

the homemade chicken noodle soup really hit the spot. it pairs well with their six pack of hot biscuits that they deliver with butter and honey. and we also ordered a loaf of banana nut bread. I don't like the fact that the loaf was priced at $4.99 on the front of the package yet I paid $6.49 for it through doordash.

Chicken had been cooked and reheated. Was like rubber and the one 'breast' was the size of a pigeon breast. Sad.

Absolutely delicious today. The potatoes in the soup were cooked perfectly and not mushy. The fried chicken was the best I've had at Bob Evans, crispy outside but very tender and moist inside.
