• 2/22/24Great boba but needs better security. Bag was totally open (no safety sticker or staples) and cup lids were open. Hope they will consider securing drinks better in future.

• 5/2/26Ordered 10 items for work and nothing was labeled. We could not figure out which drink was for whom. They could at least write people's initials on the cups.
