this is really real food. tbe burgers are handmade and straight beef and bison. and the fries are absolutely real and delicious

The Brussel Sprouts were absolutely delicious. They were fried to the way I like them (well done and crispy). The Gold French Fries were awesome as always. These are items I always order. This time I did get a burger for my brother and he loved it. My mom and I always have Brussels Sprouts and Gold Fries of which we love. Our food is always fresh and tasty. There are times my mom and I get a burger as they are always good. I do recommend Boise Fry Company to anyone who hasn't tried them.

Food is so good, but the last 2 times they have forgotten to send requested sauces in when we write it into special requests like we were told to. Paid $7 for a fry and have to eat them dry. Sad day. Quinoa salad was also tiny this time, the size seems to vary every time.

Gold fries were very tasty, fresh, and well-cooked. The large fries portion is enough for two. The Grilled Cheese was pretty bland and greasy, unfortunately.

I order BFC frequently on door dash and majority of the time it's excellent! Highly recommend. I've only experienced a handful of "issues" and they were small ones. One of the best burger joints in Nampa for sure.
