The $19.99 8pc Family Meal was so good, huge box that held everything and it was all piping hot. Definitely getting again.

My order initially arrived wrong as shown in the first picture. I ordered a supreme meal large with fries and a second fry. The chicken was hard and small when they sent the re-order back over they got the fries right but they were soggy and oil and mostly unseasoned. The chicken was almost entirely grit. This was a waste of $25 for one person to eat.

Carolina Crunch was beyond too salty the thing fell apart as soon as it was opened up. This particular Bojangles has been problematic for awhile, wrong orders sent, poor packaging and quality of food. Corporate needs to step in and retrain these people! Avoid this restaurant go to another one.

This is the worse food I've ever had ... the drinks are always watered down, I asked for seasoned fries and there's
no seasoning at all
I just hate that I can predict what's gonna be wrong with my order and every time you guys prove me right smh get it together

Chicken was good, but fries were burnt Garbage couldn’t even eat them. They were literally so cooked. There was no potato inside and it was like crunching on hard rock candy.
