Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Bojangles is my favorite fast chicken, and this was the very best delivery experience I have ever had. The order, an 8pc Chicken Meal, was perfect for the first time ever, and the coleslaw container was filled to the top for the first time since before the pandemic. Whoever was on management today was on their job! Thanks!

Terrible the biscuit was burnt. The chicken on the biscuit was so small it's a joke. The gravy was so thick it was practically gel and there wasn't even enough of it to cover both halves of the biscuit. I get so tired of this Bojangles sending me a bad order. Don't even try to get anything from them. not the first time my order has been bad and I don't expect anything else from them anymore

fries weren't cooked well enough, and they were nuggets, not supremes. Smallest damn chicken strips I've ever seen from a bojangles.

Ordered an 8pc mixed box and got 1 leg, 5 thighs, 2 breasts, all of which were overcooked. Super disappointing.

Part of the order was perfect. One order asked for a BREAST and WING; he received a thigh(probably a back, honestly) and of poor quality and a drumstick. We paid extra for the white meat. Expect to have Bojangles make this order right by us.
