Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Very disappointed with the food quality tonight. Nothing tasted fresh at all. The chicken was old, the fries were cold, and the dirty rice container was only halfway filled. The macaroni and cheese and rice both tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. It honestly felt like we were given leftover food instead of fresh food. When you’re paying for a meal, you expect hot and fresh food, not food that’s been sitting all day. Definitely needs improvement.

This time they got the food right but good god it was under the lamp too damn long. And the chicken is to small, you can make your own cheaper, bigger and better.

Even though I ordered bo rounds I got some very very salty seasoned fries my dirty rice was very unsatisfactory but my supremes was very fresh and I wasn't even satisfied with my bo berry's biscuits. I'm just very unhappy about my order because this is my favorite restaurant.

Bo-Tato Rounds® soft and mushy like they were wet was unable to eat them had to throw away the Steak Biscuit was hard and dry like he's been sitting under heat lamps for hours could barely eat just the meat The Legendary Iced Tea® Sweet tasted funny like it's was old Legendary Iced Tea® Sweet and was watered down The dirty Bojangles Dirty Rice® was the only thing good out of whole order

The biscuit for the sandwich is always rock hard and burned. Egg has black pieces in it from being cocked on an unclean grill.
