did not get any of the sides.... chicken was good, spicy was nice and spicy.

The chicken is really good and crispy alone with the fresh fries but the twisted cinnamon doughnut is out of this world. It cinnamon and very soft. I just love it and it's a nice long size that is one of the main things that I will always order

Bulgogi fries were good but really overpriced for the portion. The wings were under seasoned and unevenly cooked. Half were over done and half had no crisp at all. Never had these issues at other locations, so I'll just avoid this store in the future.

Ordered for the first time today, seasoning was dumped in a wet corner inside the box rather than tossed with the fries. Chicken Sandwich had like a single spoonful of sauce and coleslaw. Chicken was super dry. I'm not very picky but the quality was not worth the price imo

Poor quality chicken. Wings were fatty and greasy. Way too much sauce, an inch in the bottom of the box and the wings were not crispy. The whole reason to get Korean chicken wings is for the crispy. They were soggy and the sauce was overpowering. We also got like two drums and the rest were flats. Wings were much smaller than they used to be. Far from what BonChon used to be.
