Fantastic Sweet and Savory scones at Bonjour Bakehouse!
These scones are Not your typical scone ...the crumbly and sometimes flavorless scones that you have to slather with clotted cream or preserves due to dryness.
These scones have beautiful crunchy edges. The inside of the scone is soft and moist!
The apricot and Berry scones are delicious and offer enough sweetness juxtaposed the salt and butter from the scone.
However, the savory scones are the "home run" for me. I love the Sautéed mushroom scone and the bacon and pancetta scones!
I love the crispiness and porky flavor of the bacon and pancetta.
The mushroom scone has a beautiful earthy flavor.
Clotted cream and preserves are Not necessary for these scones. They do a Delicious job on their own!
Having traveled through France many times and tried many baked goods. I would have to say... Bonjour Bakehouse has some Unique and Beautiful baked goods.
We are fortunate to have Bonjour Bakehouse in our backyard!

My top 2 favorite bakeries in the Peninsula: Bonjour Bakehouse and Maison Alyzee. Bonjour's scones are incredible, fresh and soft and buttery. I am not even a scones person, yet I love them. There's so much heart baked into their making, we can tell. Keep it up!

Absolutely delicious eveytime. The Croissant - Top 3 Best Croissant in SF! Is so good! The NEW - Almond Croissant perfect and NEW - Orange & Cranberry Scone is so perfect I would order again and again ad again. So fresh.

Apricot scone was still warm when it arrived. Soft, delicious! I didn't care for the Crookie, just too much.
