"These were some of the worst donuts I've ever had. The oil was soaked into the dough of all our raised donuts, to the point where we could see the puddled layers of oil saturating the center of the donuts. It was like the oil wasnt hot enough when they added the donuts, so it had time to soak into the dough before the dough on the outside could cook. I didn't mind that the chocolate glaze was strangely matte, but it didn't taste like chocolate at all. The old fashion I received was so thin, it looked like an oversized onion ring. If this is normal for this business, it would appear they are really relying on name recognition. They either need to fix their recipes or retrain their baker."

"I received my 2 orders of longanisa which is advertised as a full silog meal - including egg and rice and vinegar. I only received the longanisa and the vinegar.
Called the restaurant and spoke with a woman who was quick to tell me I only ordered the sides of longanisa. I said no I ordered the full meal and that the photo and description said it included rice and egg. She insisted that they already updated the info on Door Dash and that I didn't update the app. My app was already up to date and I doubled checked the description and photo.
Since she was quick with a prepared answer and did not try to resolve the issue, I'm inferring that this comes up with other customers.
I'm leaving 2 stars bc it tastes good and turnaround was quick, but false advertising to skimp on customers for more money is just shady to me. I essentially paid $18 for 6 longanisa at $3 each . Would love to support a local business but will not be returning here."

"I repeatedly enjoy the soup and half sandwich combo from here. But I was a bit disappointed today, I ordered tomato soup that was delicious, and it was a little creamier than usual but I loved it. My sandwich order was tuna, my all time favorite sandwich. Unfortunately, it was too sweet for me, even without any visible sweet pickles or relish. It was still a very nice sandwich and I ate most of it, so if you like you tuna sweet I'm sure you would enjoy it. I would also that their 1/2 sandwiches are a very, very generous size."
