I ordered Baby Back Ribs, Mashed Potatoes, and Sweet Potato Casserole for me and the same for my mom who had Mac and Cheese instead of mashed potatoes. It came with Cornbread.
Oh Boston Market, you really know how to make people want to dance at the dinner table! Oh the dinners were spectacularly delicious. I saved some for tomorrow's dinner but I don't think it's going to make it! Probably be eaten when it's "Sneak-a-Snack" time at midnite.
The Baby Back Ribs were slide off the bone finger lickin' good. The Mashed Potatoes tasted like your grandma's where the spoon stands straight up and doesn't move. The Sweet Potato Casserole was a star unto itself. Sweet potatoes were nice and creamy with marshmallows on top. Oh what a wonderful dinner I had!! My mother can't type right now cuz she's still eating hers. But I can tell you this, we are two very happy people tat are so glad we have our local Boston Market at our fingertips when we want it. Thank you!!

Happy New Year! Boston Market made it a great end (dinner) to a new beginning. I ordered the Baby Back Ribs with Cornbread, corn, sweet potatoes. Oh my goodness, this meal is great. Tender, fall off the bone, seasoned just right ribs with BBQ sauce. The sweet corn was so good, as well as the sweet potatoes that are not too sweet but hit the spot. I love their cornbread too! So soft and didn't need butter. It's a little loaf. I ordered the same meal for my 89 y.o. mother and she loved it!

What can I say. This is the second time ordering Baby Back Ribs from Boston Market and they did not disappoint. I had mashed potatoes and sweet potato casserole to go with it. Oh dear lord, if I made my ribs and sweet potatoes like this my family would be singing my praises!
The ribs, oh THE RIBS! You can actually pull the bones out without a knife. Eat them with your hands and take a trip to flavortown. They melt in your mouth. The savory BBQ sauce is so silky. The Sweet potatoes are so delicious. Not too sweet. Just enough yumminess that is so satisfying.

The rotisserie soup was just what I wanted! Light with big chunks of chicken, with some noodles and veggies.
As for the kids meal, I was pleasantly surprised by the portions and was optimistic about my order but the carrots were hard and dark, grey almost c as is they were old or dehydrated but yet very hard as of they were undercooked. Pasta was bland which is fine for a child and the other sides were great

the meatloaf was okay, average; it was adequate but nothing spectacular, perhaps because it was a bit on the dry side. it would have been nice to have a small side cup of sauce or gravy to put over it. I had to use ketchup, which can really ruin good food.
The mashed potatoes were very good. thankfully they didn't have bits of potato skin in them which is the way many restaurants prepare mashed potatoes these days. if you are on a low residue diet, these mashed potatoes pass the test.
