I thought I was in for a treat but I was wrong they didn’t follow directions firstly they gave the wrong cheese & I paid extra for onion & tomatoes that I didn’t receive the bagel was hard on some parts and soft on others overall a horrible experience

FIRST TIME ORDERING, I was very disappointed in the bagel combo which was supposed to be a LOX bagel, it was horrible the onions were cooked and the LOX and CAPERS weren't even on the sandwich like not given to me at all!! it was just a bunch of greasy onions and 2 of the biggest slices of tomato I have ever seen on a sandwich.. if I could say no stars I would... and lets not talk to home fries it was a potato disaster nothing but red stuff on some tasteless potato chunks. IF YOU CAN'T TELL, I AM A INSULTED NEW YORKER WITH THIS SUPPOSEDLY CALLED NEW YORKER BAGEL COMBO... ZERO STARS I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!

Both bagels barely had any cream cheese on it. If I ordered a plain bagel it would be pretty much the same.

This store sucks I spent $19+ on a bagel with no lox just tomatoes and onions it was gross I threw it out! Hash browns were under cooked i will never order from this trash place ever again!
