Everything was really good from Brown Sugar as usual. This is one of my go to places to order from because the food is always hot and fresh and the quality of the food is consistent. The Hot & Sour Soup (Tom-Yum Soup) was flavorful and good. The Siam Rolls and Crab Rangoon was very good as always. Also the Basil Fried Rice was delicious. I highly recommend them!

We order from Brown Sugar about once a month, and usually have no complaints. Their food is better than almost any other Asian food in the west side suburbs! As usual, the Mango Bubble Tea was delicious, as were the Siam Rolls !
I'm unsure whether they were just really busy tonight or what, but the food wasnt as good as we've previously experienced. The Orange Chicken had many overdone pieces which resembled stringy, tough jerky as well as several clumps of fried breading without any chicken at all. The Basil Fried Rice was also overdone, with crunchy, charred pieces of rice which was also dry.
As I said before, we order from here often, and usually the same food, so I'm guessing it was an off night (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but my family was definitely disappointed.

I order from here frequently and the Basil Fried Rice and Thai Iced Coffee are always both amazing. Great portions and flavor. The Basil Fried Rice is always fresh and hot and the Thai Iced Coffee has the perfect balance of sweetness. This is my usually weekly order.

Pad Thai is preseasoned with lime and tastes great. Nice portion, on the bigger side but not huge. Price is good for the portion size. Ordered with veggies, and they were fresh and tasty. Would order again.
The Thai Iced Tea on the other hand has a very heavy layer of what tasted like blended boba. I've never experienced this before with this drink even from this same restaurant. I'm not a fan of this aspect. And the rest of the drink was pretty bland tasting. Not sure what went wrong with this item, but it was not worth the price I paid.

Always loved the drunken Crazy Noodle (Drunken Noodle) here but they were pretty sticky and clumped together this time with maybe 2oz of chicken total. The rice portion with the Chicken Pineapple was laughably small. With all the delivery fees, two entrees and a $7 app came to over $50 total. Won't order from here for a while unless I have time to pick up directly.
