Blueberry Muffin was burnt and smashed. Turkey Chipotle was not in one piece. top was broken in to four pieces. We ordered a total of four items that was stuffed in to a bag that was way to small.

Very expensive for what you get. Nothing special. Thought I could relive my days past with lox and cheese. Tiny bagel. Not much effort put into making. Guess those days are gone when you could get a good sandwich.

After not allowing any modifications, they chose to modify my order on their own without contacting me by putting my smoked salmon sandwich on an everything bagel. The bagel for the turkey chipotle sandwich was hard, it felt a couple days old. The twice baked hash brown was flavorless.

Didn't have my pickup order ready. I did errands during my wait so there was even more time than needed for them to do their job. I show up and the place isn't even busy and my DoorDash order isn't even out. They picked up my order receipt right off of the counter and told me they didn't see it. Two other customers that walked in after me got there food before me. The sandwich was fine but the hash browns were cold and balled up in a napkin. Not the best customer service.
