sometimes the bagels are fresh but sometimes the bagels are so stale and tough like you got to put the work in just to bite off a chunk. my husband is completely turned off from this place because how unfortunately the THREE times he's tried this place he had the same issue stale tough bread. I absolutely love their Caramel Cream Cold Brew

Ordered a half dozen Half Dozen Bagels came with no cream cheese?! I added a side cream cheese thinking that would be a tub because that's what was pictured. Sent a tiny cream cheese enough for one bagel.

The Iced Coffee Cooler - Original - Regular is my absolute favorite! Im super picky and drink my coffee black but the flavor of this is to die for! The only caveat is that occasionally they'll send regular black iced coffee. I wish it was more consistent.

They did not have my order ready even though I received a text that it should be ready. When I asked at the front desk, they told me to wait as a bunch of new customers got their orders put in and made and then finally started making mine. Was late to work, did not appreciate this experience
