doors locked on arrival. staff shouted multiple times that people should go to the other locations.
bagels were squished and gummy. worst service I have ever recieved here.

It was not the correct bagel and the cream cheese tasted old. Was not pleased at all. Dasher was great...good was just terrible.

I just need to stop ordering from Bruegger's. The bagels are great, but I rarely get the bagels I order and the last two times I've ordered I didn't receive the cream cheese. Bagels are fine, but much less so without cream cheese.
