• 12/8/23Pastrami, Egg & Swiss sandwich was delicious, well flavored, could have used a smidgen more meat, but I'll know that the next time I order. Bagels (3) were the freshest, best I have had in a very long time. Hashbrowns taste like Cracker Barrel hashbrown casserole in a baked ball.

• 8/12/23the food tastes fine but the portions are small. it's ridiculous that they charge almost $3 additional to put plain cream cheese on a small Single Bagel with Cream Cheese and then barely put any cream cheese on it. go to local Poppy's Bagels where you'll get a much larger NY bagel with a generous amount of cream cheese on it! the Twice Baked Hashbrown is delicious but about the size of a lime.

• 11/29/21Sriracha Honey Sunrise is the best breakfast sandwich i've had in Charlotte. Lived close to NYC for 20+ years and it's up there with some of the best.
Probably eat it at least twice a week

• 1/8/25Usually i love this place but I have noticed the closer it gets to closing time the more they dont care about messing up your order. I ordered 2 bagels the same flavor and it costs extra than normal given the flavor but got two plain bagels. The order is correct on my receipt and bag but not that order its self.
