first time I'm disappointed with Bubble Bar. that beef skewer was bad and incredibly chewy. was so excited when I saw it on the menu - missed it from the city. but oh god, yours is terrible and no bbq taste.

The pineberry bubble tea tastes amazing. Would be good to have an option for the sugar amount as easy to forget to put in comments otherwise everything is good

I am super unhappy with the order which I purchase today. Giblet Skewers and sweet potato fried were not perfect as usual. Would I get refund of those two please. Many thanks
