I was so happy to see this location one day driving by. I used to live near the N tryon location and when I moved, I said at least I won't be eating there often . Lol I've ordered Philly Cheesesteak 4 times this month smh. I can't keep using them for cheat meals lol. I wish more Jazzy cheesecakes options were there but the Cookies & Cream Cake is still great! The portions are great and the sauce. Surprisingly the fries are still warm when delivered.

This location just opened and I couldn't wait to try them based on all the social media buzz. I gave them an honest try and didn't submit this review until after I ordered from them twice. The portion sizes are nice, and the food was hot once delivered. My main concern was the lack of flavor the food had. I tried the cheesesteak fries twice and both times my fries tasted bland and the cheesesteak meat had absolutely no flavor. I also tried wings and a salmon egg roll. Wings were decent but the egg roll was not wrapped properly so it was falling apart when I received it. i ordered a dessert to try but they left it out my bag so I never got a chance to try it. I think this location has potential but they really need to reassess recipes and maybe the cooks. Wish them well ! I won't be ordering again.

6PC WING COMBO these genuinely have to be some of the driest wings I've had. i did BBQ flavor but they really weren't that good. Honestly Chex and American Deli offer way more flavor. Also the prices are pretty bad for considerably dry and bland wings. The Philly Cheesesteak was great however, just a little too much vinegar possibly but aside from that it was good. I wouldn't order again honestly unless theres a very good deal .

Ordered the Chicken Cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks. Cheese sticks cooked too long and all the cheese was busted out of them they were literally empty inside. Cheesesteaks bread was burnt and super hard to chew. Was excited to try this place because i heard great things but now i paid $28 for inedible, poor quality food and am really not satisfied. Would not order from here again.
