"The 2nd time we ordered from here, honestly we didn't even know it was in town!! The servings are huge, and the options for choice of sides is amazing. We ordered Steak 12" Steak & Cheese Bomb , Chicken Tender Dinner and Cowboy Burger . The steakbomb is HUGE packed full of prime rib and all the fixing, make sure your hungry, Chicken was like a whole chicken, and a house favorite. Cowboy burger is a half pound burger, I didn't even make it to the table the boys had that burger half down, no talking, so a big hit! I was so happy about the care they took to pack our takeout! One of the best, everything was in its own compostable take out containers so nothing was a mess!"
"I've always been a huge fan of the Chicken Caesar Wrap , however they aren't consistent with the taste or quality. The one that I ordered today barely had any cesar dressing, it's very dry and the chicken is burnt. So each bite is really hard to get down and requires a sip of my drink to literally help it go down.
With the huge increase in price, I believe it used to be $14 and it's now $17, it's just hard to justify ordering something that is a hit or miss.
I don't usually get the fries, so I can't 100% remember how they were previously, but they are bland and soggy this time around. I had to add my own camp mix seasoning to them so they would have some flavor, but I'm not a fan of this style frie, because they are notoriously soggy.
All in all, this was a huge miss and not worth the amount of money it costs."

Tonight however, I ordered the Truffalo Fried Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was completely raw. I had to reheat it in the oven, at 400°. It took 15 minutes for the chickens internal temp to reach 165°, 15 minutes! Even after cooking it myself, it was still was chewy and made me nervous, so I tossed it.
Yhe Deviled Eggs were so salty I ate one and regretted it touching my taste buds as soon as I popped it into my mouth. I was surprised, because they are on the Most Ordered list, so I'm guessing it was a chefs error, but I'm not willing to test that given the price."

"This was probably the worst door dash order I've ever gotten in over 5 years of using the app. First of all, I was given 3 drinks - of which none were the ones that I actually ordered. Then, each item of food I opened got worse and more disgusting. The Grilled Cheese was cool, and it did not take long to get to my house at all - plus the bread they used was weirdly smooth and looked barely cooked. The Coleslaw was the most disgusting I've ever had (I know cole slaw is not everybody's favorite, but as someone who does like it, this one was nasty!) it was super watery and had an overpowering taste/smell of apple cider vinegar. And finally the wraps that I ordered Rachel and Blue Ribbon were the most mid sandwiches I'd ever seen/tasted in my life. Any below-par subway sandwich shop blows this place out of the water and that is really saying something.
I would never order from this Wrap City place again (even if someone else was paying), nor would I recommend it to others! I don't see this business lasting long in Dover, especially when we have other wonderful local sandwich shops to order from. Don't waste your $$$!!!"
