Great flavor and the fries was so good. The ranch must be homemade as it was a good pairing for the chicken tenders.

Love Bullard, I eat in there a lot.  But the chicken wasn't cooked. It was not good. Couldn't even eat it. I had some fries and called it a night.  Very disappointing.  Brownie had no flavor. Bummer meal. I'm hoping it was just an off night.

Great service, great food and amazing vibes! Being located in the heart of downtown Portland parking isn't ideal.
