I thought both my Cheeseburger & Side Fries tasted delicious & were cooked very thoroughly through. I wish you'd have sent a few packets of ketchup with the Side Fries since show a side of ketchup in you preview pic but sadly didn't get any. I ordered two Chicken Strips and Fries and they smeared ketchup and honey mustard all over the fries and chicken, it's very soggy now and not what was pictured. Very disappointed, 2 stars because from the small portions that weren't drenched, it was good
