I want to start by saying I normally LOVE the Burg and order this French Dip sandich EVERY time, but tonight was an absolute shame. At first I thought they forgot the meat, until I peeled back the bread to reveal a fraction of a portion of beef that looked like it should be on a kids menu. Fries were half of what they usually give and soggy / cold (I live less than a mile from the bar and the driver was fast!)...just so so disappointing. I also paid extra for additional horseradish sauce and they just gave me the same amount they used to for free, but it was placed into 2 smaller containers and tasted like plain sour cream.

The wings were a full order (came with 10), and at least were cooked well, were a great size and had a good flavor, but I'm still so bummed about that sandwich. Really hoping they didnt get new management cuz the whole team is usually amazing! :(

The Reuben Sandwich was very good. The salad was a joke. Not even worth $16.00. More like a dinner salad portion. The Wings (Half) were chard.

Soooo my wings werent tossed, weird that I had the sauce on the side when I did not request that. On top of that, the chicken was not fully cooked through as they had a slimy/rubbery feel. Fries were soaked in grease, I really wish I was exaggerating my words but im not. I feel awful because theywere nice to me but yeahhhh will not be returning. Maybe for a beer, not food.

the Reuben Sandwich was delicious but I only got 4 onion rings for a side. I expect more than that for a 16$ meal. the onion rings were good though just wish I had gotten more
