the poutine is not worth it, was basically small fries with a bit of gravy and cheese curds, not worth the price

My coffee was ice cold, tasted old and bitter and they only allow you to check if you want cream or sugar but not how much. I take my coffee with 2-4 cream depending on how strong it is so the 1 cream they put in basically still gave me black coffee. I ordered a hot chocolate just to mix with my coffee so I could drink it without the right amount of cream. It didn't work this time because the coffe was so cold and stale. They didn't even have a condiment section where I could order extra cream. Or a working comment area that I could have asked for more cream!
Unfortunately they also sent me the wrong dipping sauce- it was some kind of yellow spicy sauce that tasted awful- I had ordered Marinara dipping sauce.
Ordered a Cheeseburger without mustard or pickles for my son. It came with pickles!
It just seems like they didn't pay attention to the order they were putting together and it took extra long to come so possibly the coffee was so cold because it was poured first and sat while they waited for the rest of the order to be done? But the hot chocolate was hot so who knows?

the veggie burger is really small and not so good. i tried berger king in other countries - and it was mutch bigger and juicer

I know my Dasher came quickly from the time he picked up the order, but the food was soggy. it must not have been sent freshly made. the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Cheese a the big BK BIG FISH were not crisp at all. the Chicken Fries Snack Box was soggy as well.
