"I usually order from Kerala Swad almost every day and have been a loyal customer, but todayās experience was disappointing. I ordered 2 puttu and chicken curry via DoorDash and received the puttu completely dry, more like puttu podi than actual puttu.
I called the restaurant for a resolution and was told to come in person to get a fresh puttu. I explained that I couldnāt travel, especially since I already paid for delivery. They refused to either replace the order through delivery or provide a refund.
As a regular customer, this felt like I was taken for granted. Good food matters, but good customer service matters just as much. Hoping the restaurant improves how they handle issues in the future."

1) Mango Lassi was half filled up.
2) After mentioned the less spicy Paneer Lababdar it was very spicy and not fresh seems it was cooked one week before.
3) Lamb Curry was tasteless and had a bad smell
4) Sizzling Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream was completely a mess
5) On the top of all above there was nospoons, no napkins and no plates.
The restaurant should pay attention to the order carefully while reading through special instructions and also serve the fresh food and when we are paying higher rates for guest.
I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone at any circumstances and cost even if they give free food."
