My food was cold. I don't mean that it had begun to cool from the restaurant to my home. I mean it had to be cold as it went into the bag. No moisture on the wrapper and my fries were so cold they were hard.

Paid extra for bacon and Swiss on my whopper didn't get either
Also ordered 2 cheeseburgers with bacon on both and paid extra and no bacon

I was charged full price for the whoppers but they were buy one get one free. Very disappointed that I lost money.
