I want to give the store the benefit of the doubt here and assume the reason I didnt get what ordered was because there was some kind of mix up. I ordered the Primetime Burger but got a cheeseburger so unfortunately I cant comment on that product. But hey, it was a decent burger! Fairly bigger than most burgers, even came with a pickle! Though I do hope I get what I paid for next time.

The burger is dry and the beef patties are very thin like smach burger. Expensive for the price and missing onions, cheese and very small mayo in the middle of the patties

My Soul Burger had barely anything on it. French fries with cheese were burnt at the bottom. Horrible

Meat taste like a cheap frozen Pattie, the shake had a bad taste for the cost and those fries taste like cardboard. I would not ever spend my money here

the Cheese Lovers Burger is incredibly thin compared to the picture.
