The *Quesadilla is large and filling. The tortilla is fresh and the cheese is flavorful. They aren't stingy on the cheese either. The *Crispy Taco had a nice fresh shell with a good crunch. Unfortunately the carnitas wasn't all that flavorful. The taco is a good size and the beans and everything else were good.

The prices are a bit steep for what you get. I mean...over $16 for a couple handfuls of chips, some refried beans and cheese? And it's not like they distribute it evenly. Everything is just dumped on top. It does taste good though. The refried beans are tasty and the cheese is flavorful. Chips are mid. The quesadilla is filled with a lot of cheese and the tortilla tastes fresh. If you just want something filling but not crazy over the top this is a solid option.

The food was tasty. It's not amazing but it gets the job done. I did really like the quesadilla as the cheese they used actually had flavor. More often than not, the cheese used by other restaurants is flavorless. That wasn't the case here, which I appreciated. The nachos were sent with just the cheese and beans. You had to assemble them yourself and for the price I found that a little annoying. Not to mention, the amount of sour cream and guacamole was tiny, at best. They did taste good though.

Burrito factory has been my long time fav Mexican restaurant - have been going here for years and will always come back. They have the best enchilada sauce, sauces on the side are delicious, and all around everything is just always yummy, plentiful and fresh!
