ordered 2 cupcake 6 packs for my daughter's birthday party at school. Special instructions were followed perfectly. cupcakes looked great and tasted delicious

Basically 13pc, since two are tiny like popcorn and don't have leaves. They look like a temu version of the menu photo... pretty bummed. $20 is wild for these. The plastic packaging also came with a deep dent; we are paying for this as a gift box, so the box should be in good shape. I opened and cleaned all the meringue caked on the plastic before taking this photo, so this already looks way better than when it arrived :(

Terrible 35 bucks down the garbage, 3 out of the 4 items were clearly old not fresh at all. Rock hard cookies, no frosting in the cookies. Disappointing as Butter use to be so great.

Homemade You Know What cookies didn't seem fresh today and less icing than usual. Not sure what's going on but today was disappointing.

Amazing and such helpful staff at the bakery. I called numerous times, and each time the staff member I spoke too was so patient and helpful. The food was out of this  world good!
