In-Person ID Check: The person receiving the delivery must be present to show an unexpired, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport) matching the order name. No Contactless Drop-Off: State and local liquor laws strictly prohibit leaving alcohol unattended on porches, doorsteps, or curbs. Visible Intoxication: Delivery drivers reserve the legal right to refuse alcohol delivery to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated or unable to accept the delivery responsibly. Non-Compliance: If a valid 21+ ID cannot be verified, or if no eligible adult is available, alcoholic items will be removed from the delivery and returned, subject to standard return/restocking fees. All non-alcoholic items will be delivered as normal.
