Taste of the Truck is the best deal in town . Enough for 1 really hungry big guy or a nice dinner for 2. I lost track of them for a while when they moved. So glad I found them again. Easily the best BBQ in town and best brisket outside of Texas.

Overall, the order was really good. The taste of everything was outstanding. Carolina vinegar sauce is on point. However ,the portion size of the fries was very disappointing. I will order again, because I can't get this flavor anywhere the Springs.

The pork was pretty tastless. It wasnt smoked. The sauce had very little flavor.  They only put a small amt of sauce on a big sandwich.  The baked beans were the only good part of the meal.   I wouldn't  eat here again.

I did not receive any sides 12 bucks worth or any sauces another 3 bucks.
I loved the ribs and everything I ever ordered but hate getting ripped off any money, I have guests and its embarrassing especially when I talk the place up.

They didnt use any salt on the meat. super bland, no flavor. Portion size is small for what your paying for. Low value. I would avoid this place.
