My daughter and I love to DoorDash the turkey bacon ranch sub. The last couple of times, the sandwich was amazing (as always), but we were missing the pickle. Being the weirdo I am, I called after placing my order today to ask if we could please have our pickles, and Dylan went above and beyond to give us extra pickles to make up for our missing ones! The sandwiches were tasty per usual, but the customer service was really top notch. As a former restaurant manager for many years, I’d be happy to have an employee like Dylan on my roster!

I had the meatball sub. I ordered it with the garlic bread, which I would recommend. But for me the sub could have used a little more marinara sauce and provolone cheese. The meatballs themselves were very good, but most of the bites were mostly meatball with just a little marinara and provolone. I believe adding extra marinara sauce and provolone is an option for a little extra money.

What joy today with Firehouse Subs. In the past it was common that quality control on the bag going out the door fell short. But today was sheer perfection. The bread was fabulously fresh and so tasty---often difficult to say about white bread rolls. The chicken was so moist and allowed the flavor to come through and seasoning to soak in. The veggies (onions, tomatoes, etc.) screamed with freshness. Finally, a really yummy sauce. What a great lunch.

By the time the order was received the bread was a little soggy. Order took longer than usual. The size of the sandwich was definitely enough. Flavor was great. Portions of meat were plentiful fresh veggies

Sometimes it's hit or miss, they over load with mayo and mustard , then the bread gets soggy, you pay for a different cheese and they think you do not notice it's the wrong cheese, the meet is all over the place leaving excess bread, just disappointing really, it's sad you save money to eat out to pay
