"I tried to give fast food a chance again. I chose chipotle although I haven't had chipotle in about 20 years. This specific location was not good at all. The food arrived cold which I guess there's not much that can be done about that but the food was prettt bland. The meat was extra chewy, didn't seem it was well cooked. I like my steak well done and not chewy. Also it could have been cut into smaller pieces as shown in the photo instead I got these big cubes and chunks of meat. Do we get a choice of sauce on the side at all? The lemonade came in a plastic cup, I thought it came in a bottle as shown on the photo. There was a lot of ice and little drink but the drink itself was actually good. I also see in other reviews that this place isn't the cleanest which is concerning. I tried it but I don't think I'll be ordering from her again. Was not satisfied at all with my food and I feel like I wasted my money."

Chipotle, which is the blue ribbon champion of rip off their burritos when you buy extra meat are twice as big as this. And that's when you don't even have the extra fillings with them. I don't even see how you could call this extra meat. The food is decent at best. It could even be good if they cook the Carne Asada a little more and put a little bit more seasoning on it. But if I'm going to pay four dollars more, you damn well better put extra meat in there and make it bigger than this thing. I’m honestly disappointed to have to leave this review because this used to be one of my favorite places. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. The way the food is prepared is very inconsistent, dishes either come overloaded with onions and cilantro or completely drenched in hot sauce, with no balance.
It feels like there’s no care or attention in how the food is made, and every visit is a different experience, but not in a good way. The lack of consistency in both the service and the kitchen makes it hard to trust what you’re going to get.
Sadly, this is enough to keep me from coming back."
