The salad I had was very good with the exception of the shredded chicken which was very salty. In fact, the black beans were pretty salty too. I liked the fact that there was plenty of lettuce and lots of toppings. The guac was delicious and the portions were generous. Overall I enjoyed it more than salads I've had at other fast Mexican restaurants. I will order different protein next time.

I had the chile beef burtito with pinto beans, green chile rice, and 2x side picante sauce. Normally there would be rice and beans on side, but i guess they all went into the burtito. It was a gisnt thing and did not taste fresh. The Pico was made with tomatoes that had been frozen. There was no cilantro or onion, just tomato. My order was barely warm snd I am less thsn a mile away.
(Also, I ordered same meal day before and Door Dash delivered to a wrong address. Not a Cafe Rio fault).
I am still not feeling the Utah founding quality of freshly made tortillas, prime fresh meat and cheese, and carefully crafted beans, rice, and salsa.
...My 3rd time at this location and sadly I am done. Not worth $20.

I've had cafe rio a ton of times and I've never had anything this inedible. I had to throw the burrito away. The rice in the burrito wasn't fully cooked. It definitely wasn't fresh at all either. The beans also tasted like they were made yesterday. The tortilla was cold and hard. The horchata was still good though.

Always fresh and deliciousness... the grilled chicken is so flavorful. Big portions and best salsa ever ..

Not the best burrito I've ever had. Menu was very confusing. Items that I thought would be on the side were all stuffed inside. The meat was dry and chewie. Not enough chili on top. Paid extra for both. Will not return for another $30 burrito. (Including delivery fees and tip)
