theres always an issue every time I order from this location. why do they give a PINCH of lettuce? when I ask for EXTRA something they're always stingy about it. the pico de gallo looked like SALSA not pico. and the queso was filled half way of the cup for $7? and the chips were STALE and HARD. PLEASEEEEE.

Had the Nachos, lots of soft grilled steak, packaged well, no damage, just needs to have more veggies and other toppings that you shouldn't have to pay for.

The lettuce was soggy, The rice was hard.
The sour cream on the side tastes like it went bad. Honestly, this was the worst cafe Rio I have ever had. The meat tasted like it was weeks old under a lamp.

Portions for the bowl were very small and not worth the price, chipolte gives huge portions for the price

Everything is cold and half the size of what it should be, enchiladas have very little sauce, no drink just an empty cup. Very disappointing. Especially the burrito that was supposed to be double meat, not-even had the regular amount of meat.
