The food from Zupas is always fresh and prices are great ! The service exceptional! I always have amazing experiences eating food from Zupas. Its salad is fresh and flavors are explosively delightful mix of fruit and vegetables. The bread is always fresh, as well as the strawberries. A sandwich is delicious, but was a little cold. Still an incredible experience . They are consistently delicious fast and have great customer service.!

I wanted to try this place cause it's newer. They literally gave me chicken crumbs lmao I couldn't find not one decent piece of chicken in my order. Idk if they gave me the bottom of the pan or what but there was almost no chicken in it. The rice also had hard pieces that were enough to crunch and get stuck in my teeth. Soup was decent flavor wise but bland and had no toppings or any kind of texture. I requested butter and got no butter. The strawberries were good though.

The wild rice in my bowl was rock hard. I couldn't chew it. I'm not sure if it was uncooked.
