The bean and cheese is always a hit with my husband. He eats half for dinner and saves the other half for lunch. Its big and lots of cheese! The enchiladas (a la carte) are ok. They always get turned sideways in the container and mix with the side of lettuce. Ordered a side of 1/2 PT Rice and that's always good - Authentic.

Their smothered chicken burrito is simplly the best! Huge pieces of tender juicy chicken that just melts in your mouth. The sauce is amazingly spicy but not too spicy. If you ask for guacamole in the inside it is simply to die for! Won't go anywhere else for these ever again!

Best rancheritos in Utah <3 CHORIZO BURRITO is so damn good.. So are the CHIPS & SALSA.. Heads up- they do add the pico right on top of the chips... So, I am going to use it to make chilaquiles tomorrow with the leftover green hot sauce the pico and chips and some free range organic eggs ... FIRE! Wheww! Thx!! <3

The 5 ROLLED TACOS were Fire!
came with shredded lettuce, cheese and Amazing guacamole with Huge chunks of avocado in it!
and the tacos were So Crunchy!you wouldn't think just eating it together with a fork would be great but it was So good!
The SUPER NACHOS were good as well, nothing really special but if you've had SUPER NACHOS before it's comparable to anywhere else I've been.
And lastly the red/green (Christmas, if you've been to New Mexico) sauce was really good. spicier than most other places.
