I can't say this enough but canastas chicken is absolutely wonderful every single time i get it, the chicken is flavorful and spiced to perfection, the plantains are fried perfectly, and the fried rice is delicious. Everything is fresh and the portions are perfect, definitely full and happy aftwerwards. I LOVE their food and highly recommend everything <3

I love their Rice & Beans. Today was different. The black beans were not seasoned and did not have onions and chicken in them. Canastas Chicken is a good restaurant. Try it if you haven't.

We tried the Brasa Family Special &their Tres Leches cake. Everything was delicious. We chose red potatoes, green beans, mixed vegetables, and rice & black beans as our sides. They were all terrific. Try Canastas Chicken it's great.
