• 5/25/25This location hasn't been this delicious in YEARS. The prep and cook staff on duty last night (Sat, May 24th) deserve a raise and praise. Perfect Southern Fried Chicken and Fried Okra fried & seasoned to perfection. The salt was objectively exact, absolutely necessary for taste—nothing had too much or too little. The portions were better like they used to be. I wish it was this good every time again! Coarse Ground Grits are grits, but even those were better than usual last night.

• 3/12/24The Southern Fried Chicken was good. It had an okay size chicken breast but the other pieces were extremely small. There was 1 thigh & 1 wing and they were both the size of a 50 cent piece. The leg looked like a cornish game hen leg. It tasted good, but it wasn't worth $16.99. The carrots & macaroni & cheese were great. The Momma's Pancake Breakfast® was fantastic as was the Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast. The French Fresh Berry French Toast Bake was to hard to eat.

• 11/25/24The Scratch-Made Meatloaf Family Meal arrived with burnt meatloaf. The Pecan Pie now has half the filling as it always have. Even the pie crust is shorter. Cracker Barrel was fabulous pre covid. Nothing has been as good since then.

• 7/11/25The Mini Buttermilk Pancakes were delicious and the bacon for all meals was perfectly crispy! The portions were large. I would not recommend the Smoked Sausage Patties as they were not very good. Momma's French Toast Breakfast® was great, as usual. The Buttermilk Biscuits (4) were fluffy and buttery. The different jellies were missing from the order, which would have made the Buttermilk Biscuits (4) perfect.

• 11/11/25the chicken and dumplings did not have much chicken in it probably got about five pieces and it wasn't very big it was more meat in the turnip greens than it was in chicken and dumplings
