Jumbo size musubi. Great taste, the ghost pepper ketchup has a good kick to it and their house-made CM mayo so delish, my kids lick them clean out of the container. Will definitely order again.

I loved The California Musubi! I wasn't expecting it to be so filling. It's very good!
The shrimp tempura musubi I wouldn't recommend. The shrimp was not de-shelled so I got a mouthful of shrimp shells in each bite...it was awful!

The Kimchi Fried Rice was underseasoned and bland. The added chicken was tough as nails and not seasoned at all.
The sushi rice Spicy Salmon Musubi was obliterated and had turned to mush.
The portions were large, and I typically have a large appetite, but the food was not engaging enough for me to even finish it.
With so many good Asian restaurants in the area, I'll take a hard pass on this place in the future. Not ordering again.

I don't know what changed, maybe new owner, new cook, or simply downsized on the portion of their large masubi. The container also looks smaller therefore the size of their large masubi is literally not even big as it was in the beginning. The price stayed the same. However the quality as in the size of the masubi for what I'm paying for is not the same. The large size would fit snug in the box. Literally a large half of a sandwich cut in triangle. So what happened Capital Masubi you kept the same price but scaled the size of the food container and scaled the size of the large masubis that costs $11.85-$14.

Sooooo tasty! I wasn't expecting the musubi to be quite so large, so something to be aware of when ordering. But they arrived hot and fresh and just as good (or even better!) than what I get on the west coast.
