This is what a sandwich shop should be like. I got the BBQ Chicken Cheese Steak and it was freaking outstanding. Fresh, solid ingredients and delicious as ever. Also, the Tomato Bisque is one of the best soups I've ever had. I order frequently and rarely leave reviews. So just trust me on this one. Two thumbs up all the way.

I didnt actually realize how big the large in fries and sandwich would be! It was massive . Very good warmed up in the oven as well. Fries are cut thin and taste more like a potato chip fry , loved them !

The capistrami was delicious. I got the mini and it was packed full of meat and toppings. The Wagyu Roast Beef was also packed full but lacked flavor. The meat was very bland. The desserts were delicious.

After I placed my order I called to make a modification. The person who helped me was super helpful and gave me the tip to order directly from the website to earn rewards and it's cheaper and will still deliver. The Hot Bobbie is like thanksgiving on a Monday. So good hot or cold. The Capastrami is good too. I don't even like coleslaw that much but it pairs well with the sandwich for sure

This is the 3rd time we've ordered from Capriotti's and we've loved it each time. We like the wagyu philly cheesesteak. We also got the balsamic chicken salad this time & it was very tasty. We had some “special instructions” on each order and they caught & fulfilled those each time which we appreciate. We’ll definitely continue to order from here and may start trying some other sandwiches altho we like the Wagyu Philly Cheesesteak so it’ll be hard : /
