My new favorite place!! The cheese steak sub and bbq chicken salad are absolutely amazing! I wish I could post a pic of how perfect the salad looks, it tastes just as good as it looks!

I love Capriotti's normally. When I first started ordering from there, my order was perfect every time , and the quality was out of this world. The longer that they've been in business, the quality has been disappointing. Picture of a grilled cheese I just ordered attached. Bread, smashed, pieces of lettuce. Absolutely inedible and there was cheese in one corner of the sandwich. I also ordered the Capistrami, but the bread tasted old verses the normal week day fresh bread. Maybe its the holiday weekend issue, but it's very disappointing. If you're paying $20 and $7 for a sandwich, you expect it to be top quality .

Great taste and soft roll but the size of the "Medium" sub was equal to a 1/2 sub, about 8-9". But the price was equal to a 16-18" sub with double meat.

The classic cheesesteak is our usual go-to order. Today, it was disappointing. It was to have double meat and double cheese. There is no way that was double anything. The meat was bland and unseasoned. There were no peppers and some of the mushrooms tasted "off", so I removed the rest from the sandwich

usually get the American Wagyu steak sandwich on DoorDash for the large is $35 and there is no way to customize with special instructions for them to go light on their heavy-handed fixings. So I usually just say no fixings. Tonight I felt like having fixings and I decided I wouldn't mind pulling off the excessive amount but there must be a limit. This is ridiculous. Literally half of this sandwich is stuffed with onions and peppers and mushrooms. Over half. American Wagyu Cheesesteak
