So far, out of all of the places I've tried, this is the best Jamaican food in Richmond. The brown stew chicken is great, the Jerk Chicken is fantastic, and the cabbage is wonderful.

I was charged an additional $4.00 by the restaurant and I am not sure why, I received two Caribbean Taste / mini meals / Daily Special that taste great. The Banana Bread felt and looked GROSS , I did not even try it. The texture was soggy and musy in a plastic baggie.

the Jerk Chicken  and the Beef, Chicken, or Veggie Patty also the oxtailsare fire very good size for what you payive ordered from here multiple times and don't leave reviews on this app but here you go

I was expecting a lot more food for the amount of money I spent. $22 Oxtail was ok and container wasn't even full. I should have just ate what was in my fridge but the pregnancy craving was strong.

The amount of food that was un edible in the Rasta pasta with the fried chicken is unacceptable. It's like they took all of the rejected parts of the chicken, threw them in a fryer and then sold it as a meal. This is all bones and tendons. There's hardly any meat at all. If I had ordered oxtails I could sort of understand, but not chicken. If I order chicken, I expect to get chicken that I can eat. Not a pile of bones.

Unfortunately the Jamaican beef patty had a razor thin amount of beef, and the rest was rubbery dough that I couldn't even chew. Spent $70 and threw away half the food.
