We made some customizations to one of the burgers and it was done correctly.
The food arrived warm and everything was as ordered.

I ordered the two chicken wrap combo but received one chicken wrap with a Santa Fe chicken sandwich. I did not like the sandwich. this is the third time that Burger King has gotten our order wrong in a row.

Only because my onion rings were really tender and not really crunchy at all but otherwise, burger was fire

I called and asked for extra bbq and to make sure they put the straw , I was not disappointed: p

The chicken was sooo old and very hard to chew
And they didn't add the Ortega chili ordered it with out lettuce and of course it was added so what I'm getting too my chicken Santa Fe sandwich
