The French Toast Dips were perfect! Perfect temp, crunchy outside and soft inside. Yum! Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuits were good except for the top/bottom of each biscuit being either dry or stale. The first disappointment I've had at Carl's in a long long time. That's why 4 stars.

Why Carl's? What did I do to you?? This is now the 2nd time. The first time, the bag set the tone with it's crime scene of grease on the outside. Bad enough to leave me a nice slick patch on my porch. See what I mean - crime scene. The inside of the bag...total massacre. And now, they did me dirty again. I don't think you should be able to wring out your burger. EVER.

Food was good, but the chocolate chip cookies are different than they used to be. Now they're lacking taste. More like a store bought packaged cookie.

Can barbecue sauce go bad? Well, if not something is wrong. The western burger is the best but this is the worse

Don't know what you did to your Santa Fe chicken, but is terrible. This use to be our favorite. Not any more.
