We ordered the Oaxaca burro for the first time and the Red Beef tamales, our usual.  The burro was Spicy, Savory, En Fuego!  Delicious!  The Red Beef tamales are always a hit!  Tasty!  Five Stars, Two Thumbs up!  Love Carolina's!

Authentic taste, good portions and fresh food. Their Tortillas are renowned across the valley.

Carolina's is a staple for my family, order the Bean Potato & Cheese burrito! 

I'm always coming back to Carolina's for more.

I wish their online menu had everything they offer in person—it's worth a trip to dine in too!

The Red Chili Burro is awesome. The chili is so well done and so are the tortillas and beans. There is a reason this place is packed every night.

this is my favorite place to eat in town. the tacos are perfect and the enchiladas are just amazing. plus they have grape fanta!

Ordered a #4 Red Chile combo for my husband and a beef chimichanga (à la carte) for myself. My husband's dinner arrived with Green Chile sauce and he said the portion size was very small. My chimichanga was very plain, as it didn't come with any guac or sour cream. It was basically a $13 beef burrito with melted cheese on top. We were both very disappointed with our meal this time.
